Welcome to your class blog

feedback from your teacher as well as from other students, and check the blog weekly
for updated homework and teacher comments.

Label your work: Label each post with the following information: 1. Your name 2. The week 3. The name of the assignment It is your responsibility to make sure your posts are seen by your teacher. If you forget
to label your post, the teacher may not be able to find your work and you may be
penalized for posting late.

Grade updates:

We post grade updates on your Class information page within 10 days from when your teacher posts your grades.

If you see a TBD or a 0 on your line and you don't know why, or don't agree, please take the following steps:

1. Check that your blog post was labelled correctly with your Name, the Week # and the assignment name ( if applicable). You are responsible for labeling your posts properly so that your teacher can find them easily and grade them.  If your assignment was not handed in, you will get 0 (unless you were sick or had a justified absence).

2. If you posted your work and it wasn't graded, send a link to the blog post right away  to admissions@synstudio.ca and CC direction@synstudio.ca.

3. Follow up with your teacher. If you posted your work and it hasn't been graded, please talk to your teacher in your next class and let them know what happened.

Absences:

If you will be absent due to illness or for any other reason, please email admissions@synstudio.ca  BEFORE your class begins.

You should also email your teacher if they have given you their email or post on the blog.
